ATTRACTIONS IN THE HOHOE MUNICIPAL AREA spread across nine towns - each with divisional and sub-divisional areas. Besides being a popular tourist destination, Hohoe Municipal Area shares boundaries with districts that hold some of the best attractions in the Volta Region and Ghana as a whole. You will find waterfalls, mountains, monkey and butterfly sanctuaries, ancient caves, and many more in the districts. 

PEKI

ATTRACTIONS IN THE PEKI / SOUTH DAYI AREA include historical monuments, caves, water bodies and some of the most beautiful sceneries.

FESTIVAL

The various towns celebrate seasonal and annual festivals. The Gbis celebrate Gbidukor Za (Gbi Community Festival) which rotates annually between Hohoe and Peki. Pekis additionally celebrate yam and stool festivals. Many other traditional celebrations, including enstoolment and installation of chiefs, queens and various traditional leaders, add to the colorful attractions.
